FundedNext is one of the largest prop firms by its own counts: it reports 451,700+ accounts, rewards sent to traders in 170+ countries, and a Trustpilot profile with 81,384 reviews at a TrustScore of 4.5 when we read it on 11 October 2026. It sells two product ranges, CFD challenges called Stellar and a set of futures challenges, and it runs every account on virtual capital. This FundedNext review 2026 sets out what each range costs and asks of a trader, how payouts work, and six places where the firm’s own pages disagree with each other.

FundedNext accounts on the CFD side: the Stellar challenges
Stellar is the forex and CFD side, set out on FundedNext’s CFD page: currencies, metals, energies, indices, crypto and stocks on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader or Match-Trader. There are four routes.
| Feature | Stellar 2-Step | Stellar 1-Step | Stellar Lite | Stellar Instant |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | 8%, then 5% | 10% | 8%, then 4% | none |
| Daily loss limit | 5% | 3% | 4% | none |
| Maximum loss limit | 10% | 6% | 8% | 6%, trailing |
| Minimum trading days | 5 per phase | 2 | 5 per phase | none |
| Reward share (rule card) | 80% | 95% | 80% | 80% |
| First reward | 21 days | 5 business days | 21 days | on demand at 5% growth |
| Fee refunded | with 1st reward | with 3rd reward | with 3rd reward | no |
The 2-Step is the classic two-phase route and the only one that refunds the fee with the first reward. The 1-Step trades a single, larger target for tighter daily loss and the highest share. Lite is the low-cost two-phase version with a lower second target. Instant skips the challenge phase and starts on a trailing 6% drawdown, with a scale-up program the firm says runs to $2M.
There is no time limit on the challenges, news trading is allowed, and weekend holding is allowed. Leverage on the 2-Step is 1:30 on forex, 1:10 on indices, 1:15 on commodities, 1:1 on crypto and 1:2 on stocks. A trader who passes also receives a 15% “performance reward” on the profit made during the challenge, paid at the first scale-up: the 2-Step rule card shows $117 on a $6K account, the 1-Step $90.
FundedNext futures: Flex, Rapid, Bolt and Direct
FundedNext Futures trades CME-listed contracts on Tradovate and NinjaTrader, with end-of-day trailing drawdown on every program and no activation fee.
| Feature | Flex | Rapid Pro | Bolt | Direct |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sizes | $50K, $100K, $150K | $25K, $50K, $100K | $50K | $50K |
| Challenge | yes | yes, passable in 1 day | yes | none |
| Target ($50K) | $2,500 | $3,000 | $3,000 | none |
| Max loss ($50K) | $1,500 | $2,000 | $2,000 | $2,000 |
| Daily loss limit | none | none | $1,000 soft breach | $1,000 soft breach |
| Reward share | 95% | 90% | 80% | 90% |
| Published code | FNFLEX | RAPID | none | FNDIRECT |
Rapid also comes as Rapid Daily, with a daily loss limit and daily rewards. What each size costs, with and without the codes, is on our FundedNext pricing breakdown; the codes are at the top of our FundedNext promo code page.
FundedNext payout: how rewards arrive
FundedNext calls payouts “rewards”. Once a funded account is eligible, the trader submits a request from the dashboard, confirms it with a one-time password, the request is reviewed against the trading account, and the money is sent in USDT, in USDC, or through RiseWorks, which covers bank transfer and debit card.
The firm publishes its own timing: a median of 4.74 hours, 90% paid within 12.29 hours, 99.99% within 24 hours. It backs the 24-hour figure with a promise: miss it and FundedNext adds $1,000 to the reward, unless the request had incorrect details. Per-program waiting periods, cadence and withdrawal caps are on our page on FundedNext’s payout rules.
Where FundedNext’s own pages disagree
A review should say where the source contradicts itself. On 11 October 2026 we found six places.
- Stellar 2-Step reward share. The hero says “keep up to 95%”; the rule card says “Reward Share 80%” and the comparison table “Up to 80%”.
- Stellar Lite reward share. The how-it-works page says “Keep up to 95% of your reward”; Lite’s rule card says 80%. The checkout lists a “Lifetime Reward 95%” add-on, which may explain both headlines, but the pages do not say so.
- Total rewarded. The rewards page says “$295.6M+”; the homepage shows “$306.9M+” in one block and “$316.1M+” in another.
- Flex starting price. The page title says “Start at $79.99”; the hero says $69.99 and the how-it-works page “From $133.99” (the list price).
- Bolt sizes. “Three account sizes” sits above a single $50K card; the comparison table says “$50K only”.
- Rapid Pro consistency. The Rapid page says no consistency rule in the challenge and 40% once funded; the Direct page’s comparison table says “40% – Challenge only”.
None of these is a scandal. All of them are reasons to read the rule card for your program on the day you buy, not the headline.

FundedNext vs other prop firms: what stands out
- Two complete product ranges. CFD traders and futures traders can stay with one firm. Our comparison of FundedNext CFDs and futures explains which side suits which trader.
- A published payout distribution, not just a “fast payouts” claim, with a cash penalty attached.
- Fee refunds on the CFD side, at the first reward on the 2-Step and the third on 1-Step and Lite.
- Codes printed by the firm itself on three futures programs, so there is no need to trust a coupon site.
Support and resources, payment systems and trading conditions
FundedNext offers crypto and bank payment systems for rewards (USDT, USDC, RiseWorks) and says its support runs 24/7 with 120+ agents in five hubs, in 44 languages, with a first response “in under 25 seconds”, and keeps a help center at help.fundednext.com. On the CFD side, Expert Advisors are allowed only on MetaTrader, with an EA usage fee; US clients are limited to Match-Trader. News trading and weekend holding are allowed on Stellar; the funded rule card adds “Max Risk 3% At any time” and “News Trading Profit 40%”.
Is FundedNext legit?
FundedNext is open about what it is: a company registered in the Comoros, operating its site from Hong Kong, with its trademark in the UAE and payment companies in Cyprus. It says plainly that all trading is simulated and that it is not a broker. It publishes its own account of being added to the Reserve Bank of India’s alert list in October 2024, which it calls an error. Our legitimacy check on FundedNext goes through each record.
Drawdown, crypto and the trading journey: who FundedNext suits
- CFD traders who want the fee back: the Stellar 2-Step refunds it with the first reward.
- Traders who want a high profit share: Stellar 1-Step and Futures Flex both show 95%.
- Futures traders on a budget: Flex at $69.99 with
FNFLEX. - Futures traders who do not want a challenge: Direct, $169.99 with
FNDIRECT. - Crypto traders can trade crypto CFDs on Stellar at 1:1 leverage; drawdown is static on the Stellar challenges and end-of-day trailing on futures.
- Not for traders who want to run an EA cheaply, or US residents who want MetaTrader.
Among prop trading firms, what FundedNext offers is breadth: two product ranges, published codes and published payout data. Whether it is the best prop firm for you depends on the program, not the brand.
