This policy describes what FundedNext Promo Notes actually does with information about its readers. It is short because the site collects very little.
What this site does not do
- It sets no analytics and runs no tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixel and no social media widget.
- It sets no cookies for visitors who are reading pages. The only cookies WordPress sets are for the site’s editor when logged in.
- It has no comment forms, newsletter forms or contact forms, so it does not collect names or email addresses through the pages.
- It loads no third-party content in the pages you read. The one font used for headings is served from this site’s own server, not from Google.
What the hosting and network see
Like every website, this one is delivered through infrastructure that sees technical information about each request:
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site, caches pages and blocks abusive traffic. It processes your IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to do that. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.
- The web host stores server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify readers.
If you email us
If you write to the contact address, the message is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to an ordinary inbox. We keep it only as long as needed to answer it and to make any correction it asks for, and we never share it or add you to a list. The contact page explains what to include.
Links to FundedNext and other sites
Pages link to FundedNext’s own website and to Trustpilot so that every figure can be checked at the source. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies once you arrive there. Links to FundedNext are marked sponsored and may earn a commission if you buy; clicking one sends you to their site and nothing more from us. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you (normally nothing, or one email) and ask for it to be deleted by writing to the contact address.
Changes
If the way this site works changes, for example if a form is added, this policy will be updated on the same day and the change noted here. Last updated 11 October 2026.
